Find peace, strength, and self-awareness through talking therapy.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support individuals experiencing depression and anxiety disorders. This approach helps by identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, enabling you to develop practical strategies for managing symptoms. Through structured sessions, we work collaboratively to build coping skills and foster positive changes that can improve your overall well-being. I offer sessions for individuals or couples, available both in person and online.

Providing you a safe, compassionate and confidential space

Seeking therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming and uncertain. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can explore your feelings openly and at your own pace, free from judgment or pressure. Your well-being is my utmost priority, and together we will work thoughtfully and collaboratively towards healing and personal growth.

In-person and remote options

I offer my therapy services both in-person, based in the South East of Hampshire, and remotely to clients across the UK. This flexibility allows you to choose the option that best suits your needs and lifestyle, whether you prefer face-to-face support or the convenience of online sessions.
